• Outside Dhaka: ৳150 flat fee

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Watches with signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
• Custom or special orders
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a full refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

Return Shipping

• For approved returns due to errors or defects, Grandeur BD will cover return shipping costs.
• For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
